Leadership team

Francis (French) and Diane (English) Dognon have been married for 20 years and are parents of three teenage boys and a nine year old daughter.

They met in Paris where they worked for 8 years with YWAM. They founded ‘Mission Radicale’ a mission for youth, with a vision to see young people renewed and equipped to witness in their generation.

During the 90s they were in leadership in the Eglise Reformée de Belleville where they participated in the growth of the church in the multi-cultural district of Belleville, and helped Alpha and the Marriage course come to France. They are passionate about seeing people released in their giftings, church planting and unity across the body of Christ. In 2005, God called them to leave Paris to plant a church in Normandy.

They began the Eglise de La Source in their home and are now established in a building in the local town and have become part of the Baptist Federation. On a local level, the small house church has grown to about 80 people and their dream is to see the ‘main’ church, plant out into the surrounding towns in the next few years.

Alongside this, on a regional level, their association  Jour J Normandie exists to organise teaching seminars, worship evenings and conferences to enable the people of God to be refreshed. They are passionate about Normandy, a very strategic place during the liberation of France in WWII and believe the Lord is bringing spiritual freedom to its people now.
